Teddy Namazzi majored in Community Development but her passion for customer satisfaction drove her into a carrier into the hospitality and service industry. She has served as a customer service officer for more than 10 years spending her time listening to guests’ queries and problems, and giving them assistance, information and solutions in a courteous and attentive way.
She joined Nkuringo Safaris in November 2018 as a sales and reservations agent in charge of ensuring an open line of communication with the clients, agents and the staff. She is a people centered, who neither focuses on people’s status nor standing in society, but derives satisfaction from knowing clients are happy with services offered and she will move mountains to achieve this.
